Check out the list below, and hopefully, these tips will work well for you.

Eat a healthy diet

Your diet plays an important role in healthy hair growth. To keep your scalp and your hair healthy, it is important that you feed your body with healthy and nutritious foods. Foods that are rich in protein, iron, Omega-3 fatty acids, biotin and vitamin C should all be included in your diet. Also, avoid going on a crash diet. Cutting out too many calories may lead to temporary hair loss.

Take care of your hair

It is a lot easier to prevent hair fall than it is to treat hair loss. That’s why you should take good care of your hair before it begins to fall out.

Keep your hair and scalp clean by washing your hair with mild shampoo 2 to 3 times a week. If you wash your hair more than that, you may end up having dry, brittle strands. Also, limit use of heat styling tools as it can damage your hair. Frequent hair coloring and chemical treatments may also damage your hair. Treat you hair well and it will have a great chance of staying in top condition and stay on your head for a very long time.

Head massage

Circulation may be improved by massaging your scalp a few minutes each day. Regular scalp massage will not only increase the blood flow to the hair follicles, it also promotes relaxation and enhances the strength of your hair’s roots.

Get any natural oils like coconut, olive, argon, almond or lavender oil and heat it up. Make sure it’s not too hot as it may burn your scalp. Get a small amount of oil and massage your scalp using your fingers. Apply a light pressure on your fingertips. Leave it for about an hour and then rinse. For best results, do this at least once a week.
