4 Ways to Get Your Bangs Out of Your Face

Bangs look cute. However, they can constantly fall in your face. Side-swept bangs can whip into your eyes. The blunt ends can stick to your forehead. The extra fringe can be a burden sometimes. There are days when you regret your decision to get bangs. Yes, we’ve been there too. But there are different ways to hide your bangs temporarily and get it out of your face. You just need to get creative with your hair styling.

Here are 4 ways to get your bangs out of your face.

Embellished side sweep

If you usually part your hair on the side, this would be the perfect hairstyle for you. You can choose to part your hair on the right or left. Gather the fringe, along with a small section of your longer hair. Use a fine-toothed comb to smoothen your hair and sweep it to the side. Secure with a bobby pin or a jewelled clip. This is a simple look that will temporarily get your bangs off of your face.

Center Part Twist

If you’re in a hurry and you’re looking for easy way to deal with your bangs, then this one’s for you. Just part your hair in the center. Twist your bangs and pull it to the side. Then, secure with a bobby pin. You may also use some embellished clips to add pizzazz to your style.

Crown French Braid

If you have longer bangs and you want to get your fringe up and away from your forehead, try braids. Braids look complicated and make it look like you put some effort into fixing your hair. But the truth is that it’s really easy to do.

Start at the very front section of your hair. Braid that section until you reach the top of your head. Secure with bobby pins. Easy, right? Five minutes and you’re feeling cute.

Mini or big pompadour

Wear a pompadour to keep your bangs out of your eyes. This will also add height and volume to your bangs. This will work on short or long tresses.

Separate your bangs from the rest of your hair. Your bangs should be on the longer side in order to accommodate this style. Use a fine-toothed comb and tease your bangs gently. The more you tease, the more volume you create. Then, pin it in place. Finish off with a hairspray.
